The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G has been announced and it isn’t just some watered down Samsung Galaxy S20. It’s packed with 5G capabilities, along with fan-favourite features (Hence, the name FE – Fan Edition) like 120Hz refresh rate screen, a very capable triple camera system with 30X Space Zoom, IP68 certification, and more.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor (LIKE, FINALLY), paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Its display is a 6.5-inch flat FHD+ Super AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate.
In the camera department, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G has a triple camera setup on the rear that consists of a 12MP wide-angle main sensor, a 12MP ultra wide-angle sensor, and an 8MP telephoto sensor that’s capable of 30x Space Zoom. On the front, housed within the Infinity-O notch right in the middle is a 32MP selfie sensor.
Powering the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G is a 4,500mAh battery that supports fast wireless charging and USB PD 3.0 wired fast charging via USB Type-C. Connectivity wise, the device does have support for NFC, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, and 5G (sub6 and mmWave). It also has an IP68 certification for dust and water resistance.
When it comes to audio, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G has a dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos technology. Being a Samsung device, it will also connect instantly with the Samsung Galaxy Buds Live and the Galaxy Fit 2.
Pricing And Availability
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G is priced at RM3,399 and the memory configuration is the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. It will be available in six colours – Cloud Mint, Cloud Navy, Cloud Lavender, Cloud Red, Cloud Orange and Cloud White.
