Due to the cancellation of MWC 2020, the OPPO Find X2 could not make its global debut. That being said, the company has already scheduled 6th of March to announce the smartphone globally. But it seems, Oppo Malaysia has also informed us that it will have a local launch on the 10th of March.
OPPO isn’t very secretive with certain specifications of the OPPO Find X2. Currently, what we know is that the phone will feature Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 865 processor. For its display, it will sport a 6.5-inch WQHD+ display, complete with 120Hz refresh rate (240Hz sampling rate).
The company did not mention the battery capacity, but it will come with support for 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging. Having the Snapdragon 865 on board, it will definitely have 5G connectivity – both SA (standalone) and NSA (non-standalone) networking modules.
Despite the OPPO Find X2 getting a Malaysian launch date, the same can’t be said for actual availability. OPPO’s Vice President, Brian Shen, has mentioned before that the company’s supply line has encountered delays due to the Covid-19 outbreak. What this means is that you might not actually be able to purchase the Find X2 on launch day itself. Whatever it is, we’ll just have to wait and see what happens then.
Those interested should pay attention to The AXO on the 10th of March 2020, as we will bring you the latest updates for the OPPO Find X2. By then, we’d get a full specification list of what the Find X2 is packing internally.
