After Maxis announced that it will be offering free upgrades for their postpaid plans, it’s time Hotlink came up with an update for their prepaid plans too.
Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited Internet Passes
Hotlink announced four new Unlimited Internet Passes, which includes two monthly plans, a weekly plan, as well as a daily plan. For the monthly plans, you have the cheaper package at RM35/month. This gives you unlimited Internet (3Mbps speed), unlimited calls to all networks, as well as free VIU Premium with Maxis TV. The RM45/month plan doubles your unlimited Internet speed (6Mbps), and retains the unlimited calls and free VIU Premium access.
For the weekly plan, it is priced at RM12/week, and it gives you unlimited Internet at 3Mbps speed, with unlimited calls to all network. The daily plan on the other hand is priced at RM3/day, and you’d get the same Unlimited Internet (3Mbps) with unlimited calls to all networks.
To further sweeten the deal, users will also receive a 10% discount for app purchases made through the Google Playstore or App Store.
Despite claiming it is unlimited calls, there is still a 15 cent charge for 30 second calls, and SMS’ will cost 15 cent per message.

New Hotlink Prepaid Video
That’s not all, Hotlink also announced that the Hotlink SUPERRR pack will be revamped to become Hotlink Prepaid Video. This is a prepaid plan that focuses on video streaming, where you’ll get 10GB/month on selected video apps, as well as two free Internet for videos with purchase of MI pass.
