Sony has announced that customers “should now have a much easier time” finding PlayStation 5 gaming consoles (PS5) at retailers globally.
In an official blog post, Sony has thanked players for their patience as the company navigated unprecedented demand for the PS5 console amid global challenges.

The company has also invited more players to join the fun with their new spot, “Live from PS5.” This new spot hints at the breadth of experiences taking place in the PS5 universe through the style of a live news channel.
New PS5 Games, Accessories & Platform Features

Sony has revealed a plethora of new games coming to the system in 2023, which includes:
- Forspoken (released)
- Assassin’s Creed Mirage
- Final Fantasy XVI
- Hogwarts Legacy
- Marvel’s Spider-Man 2
- Resident Evil 4: Remake
- Street Fighter 6
- Destiny 2: Lightfall
- Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores

On February 22, Sony will launch the PlayStation VR2, featuring more than 30 games in the launch window such as Horizon Call of the Mountain, Gran Turismo 7 and Resident Evil Village.
Sony is also expanding the PS5 console experience with all-new accessories like the recently-released DualSense Edge wireless controller.
