CES 2023: ASUS ROG Announces Latest Gaming Peripherals

ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) today announced its latest range of gaming peripherals and accessories during the ROG For Those Who Dare: Maxed Out event. ROG and Aim Lab, trainer of millions of FPS gamers worldwide, have teamed up to create the Harpe Ace Aim Lab Edition wireless gaming mouse.

Gamers who prefer hands-on customization will appreciate the new ROG Azoth gaming keyboard and its DIY-friendly design, including a silicone gasket mount and three-layer dampening, hot-swappable ROG NX mechanical switches, ROG switch stabilizer design, and more.

The ROG Raikiri Pro PC Controller puts all the commands and customization options gamers crave right into their hands, with a built-in OLED display and programmable four rear buttons for hotkeys or joystick sensitivity toggles.

The ROG Destrier gaming chair combines unmatched ergonomics with versatile adjustability, and includes a mobile gaming mode that raises the armrests to put mobile devices at the ideal height when playing games.

The ROG Harpe Ace Aim Lab Edition is a wireless gaming mouse that’s tested and approved by esports pros at Aim Lab. Designed for competitive FPS gaming, this ultralight 54-gram esports gaming mouse has an ambidextrous form factor. It features a shell made of a bio-based nylon material, the 36,000-dpi ROG AimPoint optical sensor, ROG SpeedNova wireless technology, and 70-million-click lifespan ROG Micro Switches.

The ROG Hone Ace Aim Lab Edition mousepad measures 508 x 420 mm and is designed to work with Aim Lab X ROG 360 task within the Aim Lab software to help FPS players improve their aim across a full 360-degree range of motion. The Hone Ace has a hybrid cloth surface that offers optimal friction for precise control feedback, and features a protective nano-coating that repels water, oil, and dust.

The ROG Azoth is a 75% wireless custom gaming keyboard that’s bristling with premium DIY features for gamers who prefer hands-on customization. It features a metal top cover with silicone gasket mount and three-layer dampening, hot-swappable and factory-lubed ROG NX mechanical switches, ROG keyboard stabilizers, and ROG PBT doubleshot keycaps to provide unprecedented typing experiences. The Azoth even includes a bundled lube kit for users looking to change typing feel. Additional features include an OLED display with intuitive controls, tri-mode connectivity with SpeedNova 2.4 GHz wireless technology, and MacOS support. Adjustable feet provide three keyboard tilt angles for the best typing positions.

The ROG Raikiri Pro provides gamers with extreme levels of customization and personalization. As the first Xbox-licensed tri-mode controller, the tri-mode connectivity offered by the Raikiri Pro allows users to connect via Bluetooth, 2.4 GHz RF, or wired USB-C—making it perfect for gaming on PCs, laptops, or next-gen Xbox consoles. Its built-in OLED display can be used to show custom images, text, or animations, plus it can also show charging status, mic mute, or profile indicators.

Users can switch controller profiles easily via two buttons on the Raikiri Pro, even in the middle of a game. Gamers can also program the four left and right rear buttons for in-game commands such as hotkeys or joystick sensitivity toggles via Armoury Crate software.

There are physical trigger locks that can be used to set the amount of travel for both left and right triggers to suit the game that’s currently being played.  In addition, the Raikiri Pro has a built-in ESS DAC for premium, true-to-life audio. The base ROG Raikiri model, featuring wired USB-C and two rear buttons, will be available soon.
