Cooler Master officially launched its first official Cooler Master Service Center in Malaysia, managed by SCX Solutions Sdn Bhd. To support Cooler Master’s ever-expanding range of products and its accompanying warranty and after-sales service, Cooler Master and SCX Solutions have come together to assist customers with their RMA claims through the innovative Carex app.

To ensure a smooth after sales service experience, customers are encouraged to install the Carex app and register their product’s as soon as purchase of Cooler Master product is made. The Carex app is feature rich and has everything you need to stay on top of your RMA experience. This includes product warranty registration, initiating RMA request, status update tracking, real-time update notifications, live chat (coming soon), and many more.
When an RMA is required, you just need to fire up the Carex app, and follow the instructions shown on-screen. Submit a new RMA request, input your personal information, then select your product for RMA. You will need to provide the date of purchase, proof of purchase, as well as the issue with the product. Once submitted, you can return the product to Cooler Master Service Center via postage or walk-in. Cooler Master Service Center includes its very own Cooler Master Experience Zone. When waiting for RMA testing to be completed, customers can spend some time trying out Cooler Master’s latest components and gaming peripherals, all while enjoying the light refreshments served by SCX Solutions.
In terms of operating hours, the Cooler Master Service Center will be opened weekdays, Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM, as well as on the first and third Saturday of the month, from 9AM to 1PM. As for lunch break, it will be from 12.30PM to 2PM. The service center will be closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Cooler Master is also taking a step further with the launch of its service center by launching a free RMA pick-up service later in Q3 this year. All Cooler Master products will enjoy this free service when it launches.
Apart from Cooler Master products, SCX Solutions is also handling warranty service for brands solely under Sun Cycle Sdn Bhd and Connectex Sdn Bhd distributions. RMA process for these brands will be similar to the steps above, where the Carex app will be the main focus moving forward. SCX Solutions will also have hubs opening in Penang and Johor Bahru in Q4, 2022, with plans for a Sarawak branch in 2023.
