Cooler Master today announced the Cooler Master SK622, which is a wireless mechanical keyboard that has a 60% layout. It uses a hybrid connection between wired Type-C or Bluetooth 4.0, and has a large battery of 4,000mAh.
Cooler Master SK622 Wireless Mechanical Keyboard
The Cooler Master SK622 features a 65-key compact design with hybrid wired USB Type-C and wireless Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity. Onboard, you have the low-profile switches (Red, Brown, Blue) which provides reduced travel distance and actuation point. It also has RGB colour lighting to match your current PC setup.
With the onboard 4,000mAh battery, when used without lighting, the keyboard is rated to last up to 4 months of use. Meanwhile, using the keyboard with RGB backlighting on will get you around 14 hours of usage.
Connectivity wise, the Cooler Master SK622 does have a USB Type-C port for connection and charging. It also has an RGB lightbar that surrounds the entire exterior of the keyboard. All lighting and macros can be fully customized with the MasterPlus+ software. The keyboard also has on-the-fly controls that allow for real-time adjustments to lighting and macros. This includes Windows Lock on/off.
As for the keycaps, the Cooler Master SK622 now uses new keycaps that improve feel and durability. On the bottom, there’s also the adjustable feet to allow for better typing angles. The keyboard weighs 446g, and it comes with a 1.8m braided, removable USB Type-A to Type-C cable.
