Vivo Y20s Debuts With 8GB RAM, 5,000mAh Battery And 18W Fast Charging; Priced At RM899

The Vivo Y20s was announced today in Malaysia, adding to the company’s expanding Y series portfolio. Featuring large amount of RAM, big battery with fast charging support, the Y20s is facing strong opponents in the sub-RM1,000 arena.

Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 processor, it is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage (expandable via microSD). To help the processor keep up with the latest apps and games, vivo did equip the device with Multi-Turbo 3.0 and Ultra Game Mode.

As for the display, it features a rather large 6.51-inch IPS panel that can output only HD+ resolutions. For the camera, there’s a triple camera system on the back which consists of a 13MP mani sensor, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. Hidden within the notch on the front display, is an 8MP selfie sensor responsible for selfies and video calls.

Keeping the device juiced up is a 5,000mAh battery which supports 18W fast charging via microUSB. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, Bluetooth 5.0, and dual-band Wi-Fi.

Pricing And Availability

The Vivo Y20s will be priced at RM899, and it will come with a one-year extended warranty with a one-year screen protection plan. Colours available on the Vivo Y20s are the Purist Blue and Obsidian Black.
