vivo Y12s Launched In Malaysia With 5,000mAh Battery At RM499

The vivo Y12s has been launched in Malaysia, adding to the company’s lineup of entry-level devices. Launched alongside the vivo Y20s, the smartphone boasts a large battery capacity, and can now be purchased in Malaysia.

The vivo Y12s runs on a MediaTek MT6765 Helio P35 processor, paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. For its display, it has a 6.51-inch HD+ display in a 2.5D body with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor within the power button.

For the camera, there’s a dual camera setup on the rear which consists of a 13MP main sensor and a 2MP bokeh sensor. On the front, there’s an 8MP sensor in charge of selfies and video calls. The camera supports multiple features like Face Beauty and Selfie Filters.

The vivo Y12s has a 5,000mAh battery that charges via microUSB. According to vivo, the device offers up to 16.3 hours of online HD movie streaming or 8.9 hours of resource-intensive gameplay, in a single full charge. Connectivity wise, it has dual-band Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0.
