Vivo is launching the upcoming Vivo V19 smartphone this coming Thursday via a livestream. Due to the MCO we’re in, it’s still easiest to do a product launch where customers can watch it right from the comfort of their homes.

Where Can I Watch The Vivo V19 Livestream?

You can catch the Vivo V19 online launch event on the 23rd of April 2020 at 6pm Malaysian time. You can either watch the livestream on Vivo Malaysia’s official Facebook page, or via the Lazada Laz Live at 9pm. Regardless of where you watch the livestream, you’ll stand a chance to win yourself a unit of the newly launched Vivo V19.

All you have to do is tune in, and stay till the end and wait for instructions on how to win. On the Facebook livestream, Vivo is giving out three units to lucky winners on the Facebook livestream, whereas the Laz Live stream will have 1 unit to be given away.

Vivo V19 – What We Know So Far?

The specs for the Vivo V19 aren’t technically a secret, because the official product page has already been revealed beforehand. The Vivo V19 features a 6.44-inch Super AMOLED display that has a FHD+ resolution. Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 processor, it is also paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. If you need more storage capacity, the phone does support microSD expansion.

As for its camera, it has a quad-camera system on the rear that has:

  • 48MP main camera
  • 8MP ultra-wide angle camera
  • 2MP depth camera
  • 2MP macro camera

As for selfies, it has a dual-camera system which has a 32MP main camera with an 8MP sensor. Running on a large 4,500mAh battery, the phone supports USB Type-C connectivity. In the box, you will also find a 33W fast charger to get your V19 charged back up faster than standard chargers. The device runs on FunTouch OS 10 based on Android 10.

Pricing and Availability

As reference, the Vivo V19 is launched as the successor to the Vivo V17, which was originally launched for RM1,699.
