The Sony ZV-1 was announced a few weeks back, and pre-order information has now finally gone live. The company’s latest vlogging-focused compact camera will be on pre-order starting from now till the 30th of June 2020, and will launch in the month of July.

To recap, the Sony ZV-1 is equipped with a 20MP 1-inch sensor, together with a fast 24-70mm f/1.8-2.8 lens. There’s 4K recording at up to 30fps will full pixel readout available, as well as 1080p recording at up to 120fps. Apart from that, the sensor also allows for great background bokeh and blurring when focusing on a subject.
The Sony ZV-1 also has Face Priority auto-exposure (AE) function with eye-tracking autofocus (AF). Apart from that, the camera also has the “background defocus” feature that sets the aperture to its widest setting, giving you that nice blurry bokeh background when all the focus is on the vlogger.
Pricing and Availability
Here are the pricing and bundles for the Sony ZV-1 pre-orders. The Sony ZV-1 itself will cost RM3,399, and if you’re aiming to get that shooting grip, the bundle will cost you RM3,598 (RM3,798 prior to pre-order discount).
