The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is the only smartphone of the bunch that has 5G capabilities. It has a massive 6.9-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, complete with a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ certification. Running on an Exynos 990 octa-core processor that’s built on the 7nm process, it is also paired with either a 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM. Storage wise, users could choose from 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB variants, with microSD expansion up to 1TB. Powering the device is a huge 5,000mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging, Fast Wireless Charging 2.0, as well as Wireless PowerShare. In the camera department, you will find a quad camera setup that consists of:

  • 108MP wide angle main sensor – f/1.8

These camera sensors all work together to provide Samsung’s latest signature camera feature called “Space Zoom”. Now, as its name suggests, this is a feature that enables Super Resolution zooming of up to 100X (double Huawei’s zoom on their P series). There is also a 10X Hybrid Optic Zoom on the Galaxy S20 Ultra. To achieve greater quality in their photos, the S20 Ultra is capable of something called “nona-binning”, which combines the nine pixels in the 108MP sensor into just one pixel, producing a much clearer 12MP image with all details retained. Not only that, the S20 Ultra also does 8K video recording at 30 frames per second. Not forgetting selfies, on the front there’s a 40MP sensor in the Infinity-O screen for ultra clear selfies.
