After the Galaxy Buds+, comes the Galaxy Buds Live. Moving away from the TWS in-ear design, the Buds Live feature a semi-open design that requires a little learning to wear it properly.
Samsung Galaxy Buds Live
The Samsung Galaxy Buds Live feature 12mm drivers, complete with active noise cancellation. These drivers are stored in a special duct for the speaker box, and there are even air vents to allow for stronger bass response.
Apart from that, the Galaxy Buds Live has a new feature called Buds Together. This feature allows you to pair two Buds Live together so you and your friend can listen to the same music without needing to share one side of the earbuds.
Having an always listening mode, the Galaxy Buds Live support Bixby voice wake-up. Just call out to Bixby, and the earbuds will pick up the command and wake Bixby.
What surprised us the most, was that the Buds Live could be used as a wireless Bluetooth microphone. Once you’ve paired with it your smartphone, you can use it to record audio, regardless of the scenario. It could be an interview, a vlog, and more.
That’s not all, the Buds Live also supports touch gestures, as well as wireless charging (Qi-based). Paired with the charging case, it can provide a total of 29 hours of music playback. On the earbuds alone on a single charge, it can provide up to 5 hours of music listening.
