Samsung has recently announced the date for its upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event: 5 August 2020 at 10pm Malaysia time. The tech giant will very likely unveil its newest lineup of Galaxy Note 20 smartphone(s) and perhaps even a new foldable phone as well.
Samsung Galaxy Unpacked Event
Rumours have been circulating in recent weeks regarding the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra smartphone, which interestingly was ‘accidentally’ posted on Samsung Russia’s website earlier this month. In addition, the company may likely unveil two variants of the Galaxy Note 20; the expected difference between them being their respective size.
As with previous Samsung events, we do expect the company to also showcase the new technologies that will come with the Note 20. Other than that, a new foldable smartphone may also be unveiled. Some have speculated that it will be called “Galaxy Z Fold 2.” Hopefully, this device will be significantly better compared to the previous Galaxy Fold—and maybe even more competitively priced.
Nonetheless, for those who are curious, the event will be live streamed on Samsung’s official webpage. We’ll be sure to keep you posted on the announcements from the Galaxy Unpacked event as well.
