realmeow, you heard that right. Today’s announcement from realme is not a new product, but rather a new vision of the company’s future products. realme now has a new mascot, as well as a Chief Trendsetting Officer – realmeow.
Working in collaboration with realme’s design team, popular animator Mark A. Walsh conjured up the idea of realmeow. Walsh has worked on multiple animations like Finding Nemo, Monsters Inc. and more. From what was revealed, realmeow is 18 years old, and will likely be that way forever.
As per realme’s brand colour, he can be seen spotting the realme yellow, and dons a pair laser glasses. He loves to skate, dance to hip-hop, and listen to rap music. The new mascot aims to appeal to the Gen Z crowd, as well as deliver realme’s message of being daring, original, and trendsetting.
The company mentioned that realmeow will appear more often in marketing materials, and be a crucial part of their future product’s designs.
