Realme 7i Arrives In Malaysia With 90Hz Refresh Rate and 64MP Quad Camera For RM999

The Realme 7i has made its official launch in Malaysia, right after the arrival of its elder siblings, the realme 7 and 7 Pro. Announced alongside the realme C17, as part of the realme 7 series, it does share some similarities with realme 7, but let’s dive deeper.

The realme 7i is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Its display is a 6.5-inch HD+ display, complete with a 90Hz refresh rate.

In the camera department, it has a quad-camera system which consists of a 64MP main sensor, an 8MP wide angle sensor, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP monochrome sensor. On the front, in charge of selfies and video calls is a 16MP sensor.

Keeping the realme 7i juiced up is a large 5,000mAh battery which supports 18W fast charging via USB Type-C. Connectivity wise, the device does have Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, and USB Type-C connectivity. There is also a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for instant unlocking. When it comes to colours, the device will be available in two colours – Aurora Green and Polar Blue.

Pricing And Availability

The realme 7i is priced at RM999 and it is available for purchase starting today on Lazada. Each purchase will also let you receive a free 10,000mAh powerbank. If you wish to purchase it from the store physically, it will only be available starting from the 17th of October 2020 onwards.
