Right after realme’s PUBG tournament finale, the company announced the launch dates for its next smartphone release – the realme 6 Pro. The long anticipated model will finally be announced on the 11th of May 2020, a little after the arrival of the realme 6i.
realme 6 Pro – What We Know
The realme 6 Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor, paired with up to 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage. It has a 6.6-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display, complete with 90Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
For its camera, the realme 6 Pro has a quad camera system on the back that consists of:
- 64MP Wide Main Sensor
- 12MP Telephoto Sensor
- 8MP Ultra Wide-Angle Sensor
- 2MP Macro Sensor
On the front, housed in the pill-shaped notch is a dual camera system that has a 16MP wide main sensor, and an 8MP ultra wide-angle sensor.
The realme 6 Pro runs on a 4,300mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging via USB Type-C. It also has a fingerprint sensor mounted in the power button on the side, and has Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity.
