Well, Pokemon Unite. If you feel like there’s been way too many mobile MOBA games out there, you’re not alone. But, The Pokemon Company wanted a fresh take on the MOBA scene and thus, they revealed a new MOBA (the company’s avoiding calling it that) game called Pokemon Unite.
Pokemon Unite

Being a MOBA game, the game plays almost similar to Dota 2 or League of Legends. That being said, there is a difference but we’ll get to that as we go through the article. First off, you pick your starter (hero) at the beginning of the game. As you progress through the game, you fight wild Pokemons (jungling?) and increase your level. Once you’re at the required level, your Pokemon will then evolve and unlock new skills. The company hasn’t mentioned anything about items, buffs, or equipments as of this writing.
Developed by Tencent’s TiMi Studios, Pokemon Unite is made by the same company and studio responsible for the inception of Call of Duty: Mobile. Players will be playing in a 5v5 team-based format in a multi-lane map. The objective of the game is to score as many score as they can by capturing the enemy’s flag/portal. Each activity in the game gives you a score, and teamfights are of course involved. When the enemy is distracted by your teammates, that’s when you can capture their portal to get a higher score for your team.
