POCO Malaysia finally announced the arrival of the POCO X3 NFC in Malaysia, along with its specs, pricing, and availability. Announced via a global livestream, the device is making its way to Malaysian shores sooner than expected.

Touted to be “exactly what you need”, the POCO X3 NFC will run on Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 732G chipset, which brings about a minor boost to the CPU clock speed along with Adreno 618 GPU. It is also paired with 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB of UFS 2.1-based storage.

For its display, it is packed with a 6.67-inch display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, along with 240Hz touch sampling rate. To keep things cool, the device is fitted with its own LiquidCool Technology 1.0 Plus, which uses enlarged copper heat pipes and multiple layers of graphite. According to POCO, this results in up to 6-degrees of CPU temperature reduction.

On top of that, the camera system is to come with a 20MP selfie sensor. As for the rear quad camera system, it consists of a 64MP main sensor, a 13MP ultra wide-angle sensor, a 2MP macro sensor, as well as a 2MP depth sensor.

As for the battery capacity, the POCO X3 NFC runs on a 5,160mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging via USB Type-C. According to POCO, it can charge the device from zero to full in just 65 minutes, and the box does come with a 33W fast charger.

The POCO X3 NFC does have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, Bluetooth 5.0, and dual-SIM capabilities.

Pricing And Availability

The POCO X3 NFC will be available in Malaysia starting from the 9th of September in two colors – Shadow Gray and Cobalt Blue. There are two variants – the 6GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB. These are their RRP prices:

  • 6GB + 64GB – RM899
  • 6GB + 128GB – RM1,099

The launch promotion for the 6GB+64GB variant will see it go for a special price of RM799, available exclusively on Shopee on the 9th and 10th of September. Each purchase will also come with a free POCO mousepad, and a BlackShark Fun Cooler.

As for the 6GB+128GB variant, it will have an early bird price of RM949, instead of its RRP of RM1,099. On top of that, each purchase will also receive a free POCO digital pouch and BlackShark Fun Cooler Pro.
