The OPPO Watch will be making its way to Malaysia sooner than expected, as seen from OPPO Malaysia’s official Instagram and Facebook accounts. Announced back in March alongside the OPPO Find X2, the watch is about to make its grand debut.
To recap, the OPPO Watch has a curved AMOLED panel with 326ppi to save battery. It has an aluminium chassis, and is rated for 5ATM water resistance. In terms of size, there are two sizes available – 46mm and 41mm. Powering the device is a Snapdragon Wear 2500 chip with an Apollo 3 co-processor. There’s also 8GB of internal storage, and it runs on OPPO’s wearable version of ColorOS.
When it comes to connectivity, the OPPO Watch supports eSIM capabilities, GPS, NFC, as well as Bluetooth 4.2. According to OPPO, the Watch is capable of lasting up to 40 hours on a single charge, and up to 21 days (on power saving profile). The OPPO Watch also supports VOOC fast-charging, letting you charge up to 50% in less than 20 minutes.
