Oppo today announced a new variant for their entry-level smartphone portfolio – Oppo A31. On top of the lower memory configuration variant, the device features a MediaTek Helio P35 processor, a large 6.5-inch screen, and a triple camera setup.

The Oppo A31 runs on a Helio P35 CPU, paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 256GB via microSD. Its display is a 6.5-inch Nano-waterdrop screen, having a HD 720p resolution.
Despite being an entry-level smartphone, the device still boasts a triple camera setup. It has a 12MP main sensor, a 2MP sensor for macro shots (4cm), and another 2MP sensor for depth focusing. For the front, you’ll get an 8MP sensor for selfies, complete with AI beautification that recognizes your age and gender, then enhances the image for a more natural looking selfie.
Running on a 4,230mAh battery, the Oppo A31 features ColorOS 6.1 that is based on Android 9.0. It comes available in two colours – Fantasy White and Mystery Black.

The Oppo A31 with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage is now available at RM599. The 128GB storage variant is priced at RM699.
