Microsoft has recently announced an upcoming games event for the Xbox Series X. The event will most likely feature first-party games for the next generation console including Halo Infinite and possibly even a new Fable game. Microsoft’s games event is set to take place on 23 July 2020 at 9AM pacific time (12AM Malaysia time).
Xbox Series X Games Event on 23 July
Of course, Halo Infinite wouldn’t be the only game that will be showcased during Microsoft’s event. The company had recently acquired several game studios and we’d expect several games to be featured from these studios during the event as well. Other notable games that may be featured during the event are: Hellblade II, along with new Forza and Gears of War titles.
Hopefully this time round Microsoft will show actual in-game footage running on the Xbox Series X instead of pre-rendered materials. Sony has done this extensively during its PS5 reveal event recently and one can only assume that Microsoft will do the same come 23 July. Regardless, we’ll be sure to keep you updated on games that will be announced during the event.
