LG NanoCell TV finally debuted today in Malaysia. Coming in both 8K and 4K resolution variants, these TVs have LG’s latest technology and entertainment features which the company is calling a VIP experience – Very Impressive Picture.

The VIP experience from NanoCell’s “Pure Colours” promises consumers enhanced colour purity when viewed from any angle, transforming the quality of content to the next level and ready to burst out of the screen. The new TV comes with extraordinary colour reproduction, contrast, and frame rate, delivering movies the way their creators intended.

The LG NanoCell 8K TV applies about a 1 nm-sized nanoparticles to filter out impure colours. The 8K resolution offers 33 million pixels that provide higher density than normal, and that translates to better colour viewing for consumers.
The new NanoCell 8K TV is packed with the new α9 Gen3 AI processor. Featuring deep-learning algorithm, it can analyse the original content being displayed and automatically adjusts the quality to suit the ambient surroundings at home.
When it comes to features, what’s new is the Home Dashboard. It turns your TV into a control center for all your IoT and non-LG IoT devices. This includes turning them on or off, and even set timer schedules for when they should operate and so on.
On top of that, the LG NanoCell TV has Face Enhancing, AI Brightness Control, AI Sound Pro, as well as Adaptive Sound Control,. This means the TV is capable of producing crispier visuals and sounds that is catered specifically to the user. Apart from that, it also has the LG ThinQ AI feature to allow better convenience. Users can adjust volume, launch apps or search for information online using the LG Magic Remote and also the Hands-Free Voice Control. Users can also monitor and control compatible home devices directly and effortlessly from the TV’s Home Dashboard using the LG Magic Remote.
Additionally, the LG NanoCell TV comes with the Dolby Vision feature that intelligently customises the screen brightness, colour and contrast based on the genre and lighting conditions. It also has the Dolby Atmos feature that delivers immersive audio experiences and turns any home into a Movie Theatre or Sports Arena for the whole family. The LG NanoCell TV is also Bluetooth Surround enabled, so that fans can experience better sound by connecting two Bluetooth speakers.
To smoothen the visuals, the LG NanoCell TV also supports the FreeSync premium technology. This synchronises the refresh rates of TVs and consoles, resulting in a smoother, tear-free and fluid gaming experience.

In conjunction with the upcoming National Day promotion, LG Malaysia will be launching the LG NanoCell TVs at a discounted price.
