At CES 2020, Jabra has unveiled two new audio devices – the Elite Active 75t true wireless earbuds and the Elite 45h over-ear headphones. These earbuds and earphones are expected to be released into the market in early 2020.
Adding the word “Active” to its product name, it is actually a fitness variant to the Jabra Elite 75t which was launched last year. Compared to the standard model’s water resistance rating of IP55, the Jabra Elite Active 75t now has a durable coating for dust and sweat resistance, with an improved IP rating of 57. Apart from that, it still packs everything the standard Elite 75t has – hands-free calling, voice assistant support, 7.5 hours battery life on a single charge, and a total of 28 hours usage via its charging case.
As for the Jabra Elite 45h over-ear headphones, it features 40mm speakers, dual microphones for voice calls, support for Bluetooth 5.0, as well as a “one-touch” shortcut to bring up your devices’ voice assistant (Google or Siri). The company has mentioned that the earphones can last for up to 40 hours on a single charge, with a 15-minute charge giving you 8 hours of music enjoyment time.
