Huawei today announced that the Nova 7i and Nova 7 SE 5G will be getting a price adjustment, as the year 2020 comes to an end. These two devices will now just be priced from RM899 and RM1,299 respectively, and will still come with free rewards for purchasing customers.
Nova 7 SE 5G
Not to be confused with the Nova 7i, the “youngest” of the bunch, the Nova 7 SE has a 6.5-inch IPS display with a 16MP selfie sensor housed in the top left punch hole notch. For its rear camera system, it still has a 64MP main camera sensor, but the rest is an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor.
Powered by a Kirin 820 processor, the Nova 7 SE is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It has a 4,000mAh battery that supports 40W quick charging.
Nova 7i
As for the Huawei Nova 7i, it is powered by a Kirin 810 processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. On the front, you will find a 6.4-inch FHD+ LCD display together with the notch on the top left corner that houses the 16MP selfie camera. In the camera department, on the rear, the Nova 7i has a quad camera system consisting of a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, a 2MP macro sensor, as well as a 2MP depth sensor.
Running on Huawei’s latest EMUI 10 interface, the Nova 7i has a 4,200mAh battery that supports 40W fast charging. It has the USB Type-C port and Huawei has decided to keep the 3.5mm audio jack. What’s interesting is that the power button on the side also houses the fingerprint sensor.
Pricing and Availability
The Huawei Nova 7i and Nova 7 SE 5G will have a new price tag of RM899 and RM1,299 respectively. Furthermore, HUAWEI nova 7 users can redeem rewards at HUAWEI Member Center:
