The Huawei MateBook 14 2020 with a refreshed CPU will be coming to Malaysia really soon. Featuring AMD’s latest Ryzen 4000-H series CPU, the laptop only weighs 1.49KG, and is as thin as 15.9mm.

The Huawei MateBook 14 2020 is powered by either an AMD Ryzen 5-4600H or Ryzen 7-4800H processor. Both variants are paired with a generous 16GB of DDR4 RAM and 512GB of PCIe SSD storage. As its name suggests, the laptop’s display is indeed a 14-inch panel with 2K resolution, IPS panel, and a 3:2 ratio. As for the higher end Ryzen 7 configuration, the display is a touch screen display.
Just like other Huawei MateBooks, the MateBook 14 2020 has a fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button. The webcam is also hidden into the function row keys, and it also has the Huawei Share function which uses NFC to quickly link your Huawei smartphone with your laptop. This also enables the multi-screen collaboration feature.
In terms of ports, the Huawei MateBook 14 2020 has a single USB Type-C port that supports data transfer and power delivery, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, a HDMI port, as well as a 3.5mm audio jack. Keeping the laptop juiced up is a 56Wh battery, and it runs on Windows 10 Home Edition right out of the box. According to the company, the laptop can last up to 11 hours of use, and it supports 65W fast charging via the USB Type-C port.
