Huawei has officially launched its latest Huawei MeeTime After Sales Official Hotline. The service is a one-stop solution to help solve any issues you may have with your new Huawei P40 series device.
Launched on the 11th of April 2020, the feature will first be available for Huawei P40 series smartphones.
Huawei chose the MeeTime platform to be used as an after sales hotline is because it has a video call with screen-sharing feature. This way, customers can engage with the service person, and they can show them right on their screen what the customer should do, and how they should fix the issue on their P40 series device.
If you need to schedule an appointment with Huawei’s after sales customer service, just follow the below steps:
Step 1: While setting up your new HUAWEI P40 Series smartphone, select your Region (if you’re in Malaysia, choose “Malaysia”). Input your HUAWEI ID. MeeTime will be automatically available on your device.

Step 3: A MeeTime Hotline representative will call you at the appointed time and help you solve your problems.
The company launched the Huawei MeeTime After Sales Official Hotline as part of its HUAWEI Care 2020 initiative. Huawei wants to ensure their customers that they can make their Huawei purchases with ease of mind.
