Just months after the arrival of the first-gen MagicBook, Honor is ready to unveil their latest Honor MagicBook 14 to the Malaysian market.
Honor MagicBook 14
Confirmed to arrive on the 6th of July, the Honor MagicBook 14 shares almost similar specs to the first-gen MagicBook. According to the listing on Honor Global’s page, the 14-inch laptop is still powered by a Ryzen 5 3500U CPU instead of the newer Ryzen 4000 series CPUs. It packs a FHD panel, has 8GB of DDR4 RAM, and 256GB of PCIe NVMe SSD. On top of the fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button, you’ll notice that the laptop now has a webcam system similar to the ones on the Huawei MateBook series.
Another feature to make it different from the original MagicBook is the azure blue chamfer on the lid of the laptop, as well as the blue Honor logo on it (pictured below).
Available in Mystic Silver and weighing just 1.38kg, the HONOR MagicBook 14 will come with USB Type-C 65W fast charging and easier connectivity via Magic-Link 2.0.
Pricing and Availability
Seeing how the first-gen MagicBook sold for just RM2,299 where all units were sold out within the first 15 minutes on launch day, we’ll see if Honor can maintain the same price for the MagicBook’s successor – Honor MagicBook 14.
