It looks like gaming chairs are the current ‘in-trend’ product amongst hardware and peripheral makers these days. Recently, Logitech and Herman Miller (furniture manufacturer) have partnered up to create the “G Embody.” They claim this to be the “industry’s first truly ergonomic chair.”

When it comes to design, the Herman Miller x Logitech G Embody doesn’t look like your typical gaming chair. It features a rather ‘thin’ backrest, which is made more comfortable using unique adjustment attachments on the rear side of the backrest. This adjustment is made to take into account the curvature of the spine. Both companies calls this a “durable and definitive design.”
What’s even more interesting about the G Embody is the fact that a lot of research was done into making this gaming chair. According to its description, a collaboration of more than 30 physicians and PhDs weighed in on the original design—talk about being super scientific!
This does, however, come at a cost; around US$1,495 (about RM6,356) to be precise. It won’t be affordable to many of us, but for those lucky few, you may want to keep an eye out for the Herman Miller x Logitech G Embody gaming chair. Speaking of which, local pricing and date of availability was not given at the time of writing.
