The Honor 30 series is pretty similar in specs, but what truly stands out is the flagship model – Honor 30 Pro+. It packs a 6.57-inch AMOLED panel with 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. There’s an under display fingerprint sensor, as well as curved sides – which is a first in Honor’s portfolio.
On top of that, it also has a 50MP main camera, alongside the 8MP periscope telephoto sensor with 5x optical zoom and up to 50x hybrid zoom. There is also a 16MP Ultra-Wide angle sensor with a 17mm equivalent lens. This doubles as a macro camera, similar to the one found on the Honor V30 Pro.
Powered by the flagship Kirin 990 5G chipset, the Honor 30 Pro+ is paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Running on the same 4,000mAh battery as its siblings, it has added support for 27W fast wireless charging.
What difference you’ll notice this time with the Honor 30 series is that it has the company’s name embossed in big letters on the back. The letters even have a frosted glass texture to it, giving it a nice reflective feel.
