The Cooler Master MM831 finally arrived on Malaysian shores, and it’s one we’ve been anticipating for the longest time. That’s because it’s a wireless gaming mouse, that supports Qi wireless charging. And last but not least, the creme of the crop is its price.

The Cooler Master MM831 lets gamers choose between having the traditional wired mode, or not one but two, wireless functionalities – 2.4GHz wireless or Bluetooth 4.2. When you’re on your desk, you can either have it on a cable or wireless. But if you’re on the go, you don’t need to bring a dongle because it can connect to your laptop or device via Bluetooth.
The Cooler Master MM831 is also the company’s first mouse that has the Qi Wireless Charging capability. It’s as simple as placing the mouse on a Qi-compatible charging pad, and boom, it starts charging.

Technicality wise, the Cooler Master MM831 is powered by a PixArt PAW 3335 optical sensor that focuses on low power consumption. It has a 16,000 DPI, which can be enhanced up to 32,000 DPI via software. For its keys, it uses OMRON microswitch buttons, with PBT buttons and back cover. It has an ALPS encoder, with a 4-zoned RGB lighting.
It’s ergonomic with a right handed design, and it can easily be customized with Cooler Master’s MasterPlus+ software.
