Cooler Master MasterBox TD500 Mesh got announced today, offering PC building enthusiasts two new E-ATX ARGB mid towers to choose from when upgrading or building their next PC.
Cooler Master MasterBox TD500 Mesh
The company combines airflow performance into an art form, where the TD series utilises the signature “three-dimensional” look to compliment both form and function.
The Cooler Master MasterBox TD500 Mesh and Mesh White has a side tempered glass panel and a full mesh front panel to exhibit a 3D look to it, as compared to mainstream two-dimensional panels.
The side panels are using a crystalline tempered glass, built for toughness and aesthetics through CNC machining. This allows the panels to interact with the component’s lighting. The Polygonal Mesh is taken from Cooler Master’s Fine Mesh technology, which is the same mesh that reviewers claim to provide unobstructed airflow, dust filtration, and a strengthened structure.
The MasterBox TD500 will come with three ARGB fans. The case is also certified to be compatible with ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI, and ASRock motherboards.
They can support up to 12″ x 10.7″ E-ATX SSI-CEB motherboards, two 360mm rdaiators on the top and front panel, as well as up to 7 120mm fans. Upgradeability wise, the case also supports up to a 410mm graphics card, a 165mm CPU cooler, and up to a 180mm PSU in length.
Though the Cooler Master MasterBox TD500 Mesh and Mesh White casing can support 360mm radiators on the top and front panel, even if no fans or radiators are mounted on the top, the mesh still has passive ventilation for heat to escape.
