Asus Announces Six Custom RTX 30 Series Graphics Cards

First up are the ROG STRIX RTX 30 series graphics cards: ROG STRIX GeForce RTX 3090, ROG STRIX GeForce RTX 3080, and ROG STRIX GeForce RTX 3070. According to Asus, its custom ROG STRIX RTX 30 series cards feature a “trio of Axial-fans that have been tuned to fulfil specialists roles.”

Additionally, these graphics cards also feature a larger heatsink and are fitted with the company’s “MaxContact Technology” which further adds to the cooling efficiency. Of course, being a ROG STRIX branded graphics card means that they will be bestowed with a plethora of RGB lighting elements as well.

Next up are the Asus TUF Gaming RTX 30 series custom graphics cards: TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3090 and TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3080. Asus stated that the TUF Gaming RTX 30 series cards “has been stripped down and built back up to provide more robust power and cooling.” As with previous TUF branded cards, the TUF Gaming RTX 30 custom graphics cards feature components that are durable. So, if you’re in the market for durable graphics cards, then do consider the Asus TUF Gaming RTX 30 series cards.

Asus Dual

Finally, Asus has also debuted the Dual GeForce RTX 3070, which is said to deliver “the latest Nvidia Ampere architecture in its purest form.” As its name implies, this graphics card features a dual fan cooling system. According to Asus, the Dual GeForce RTX 3070 is also equipped with its “Auto-Extreme Technology” which the company claims to aid in lowering the thermal strain on components. Finally, this graphics card also feature an aluminium backplate and a stainless steel I/O bracket to protect the PCB of the graphics card from excessive flex.

Unfortunately, Asus did not provide any details regarding the respective key specifications, local pricing and date of availability for the aforementioned RTX 30 series graphics cards. That being said, we do expect the company to be announcing these details very soon—so, stay tuned!
