ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has also finally brought in the long anticipated Zephyrus G series gaming laptop. Well, half of it at least. This time, there’s only the G15 that’s being launched, with the Zephyrus G14 only coming in middle of June 2020.

Compared to the Zephyrus G14, the G15 is a slightly larger version ROG Strix Zephyrus with its key takeaway features like an ultraslim form factor, 240Hz gaming display, and very capable processors. It only measures 19.9mm thin and weighs 2.1KG, capable of squeezing a 15-inch device into a 14-inch device footprint.
Powered by the new AMD Ryzen 7 4800HS mobile processor, it has 8 cores, with 16 threads, made with the 7nm process technology. Fitted with up to 32GB of DDR4-3200 RAM, and up to 1TB NVMe SSD, the G15 has ample amounts of space to store all the games you need. In the graphics department, the Zephyrus G15 is packed with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660Ti Max-Q with 6GB of GDDR6 VRAM.
As mentioned above, the display on the Zephyrus G15 is a 15.6-inch FHD IPS panel with 144Hz refresh rate with 3ms response time. It is also PANTONE validated, covers 100% of the sRGB range, and has an 81% screen-to-body ratio. As for its sound, the G15 features two front-firing speakers tuned with Sonic Studio III software.
