The Batman Arkham and Lego Trilogies Free on Epic Games Store

The Batman Arkham and Lego Trilogies Free on Epic Games Store 5

The holiday season is still a few months away but Epic Games Store is chiming Christmas vibes this week. Six Batman games are up for grabs until September 26th. If you haven’t been a fan of the Batman or Lego Batman Trilogy, well, for a hefty price of $0, I’d say now is the best time to take it for a ride.

The Batman Arkham Collection bundles the Arkham Asylum, Arkham City and Arkham Knight, while the Lego Batman trilogy comprises Lego Batman 1: The Videogame, Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes, and Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham.

The Batman Arkham trilogy is known for its combat and stealth gameplay, looking to put an end to Batman’s archnemesis, the Joker. Whereas the slapstick take through Lego Batman trilogy is a family-friendly game suitable to lighten the mood in any room.

The superhero combat of Batman Arkham, well brought to life by Rocksteady, naturally boasts amazing graphics. Immersing players and bringing them to the realm of fighting old enemies and absorbing the plot as an adventure of their own. Though the hiccup with Arkham Knight PC launch back in 2015 caused a little distaste for the series amongst game seekers, PCs today are able to deliver the game at its prime and you wouldn’t want to miss out on the visuals.

As if Epic Games Store fully understood the concept of FOMO, the Lego Batman trilogy by TT Games is available for those who rather a lighter, nonsensical game. Suitable to play co-op with friends and families as opposed to the more grim, lone adventure of the Arkham collection. It brings out villains who had been away from the “limelight” and reveals an unconventional theme of Batman, such as having Batman fight alongside the Justice League at the end of the trilogy.

The two collections are available on Epic Games Store the entire week up till September 26th. Honestly, there’s nothing to lose except for some shelf space in your game library.
